What is NINE Mill St?

Or better yet, who are we?

NINE is an independent, family run restaurant and bar in the heart of the historic town of Nantwich. Our sole goal was to bring flavours from around the world and create a culinary experience like no other within Nantwich.

Our Head Chef, who has worked all over the world and hails from Singapore, has curated a menu of small plates, with a twist. Incorporating an Asian Fusion menu with many different flavour combinations. Our unique take on 'Tapas' creates an incredible dining experience, with so many dishes to try, you will have to come back time and time again. Offering plenty of dining experiences to choose from as well as our main menu, such as a unique bar snack menu, bottomless brunch on Saturdays and our famous Sunday Roast, we have made sure there is something for everyone.

Housed within a stunning Grade II listed building with a rich history lives a dining and drinking experience like no other. Our aim has been to stand out and bring something different and that doesn’t stop with our food, it continues on through our extensive hand crafted cocktail menu. All created and executed in house by our own bar team, we ensure creativity within our team is celebrated. We don’t do things in halves, that’s why we have also taken the time to create our own versions of some of your favourite drinks too.

We want to allow people to escape, to feel special. Going out shouldn’t be boring, it should feel like staying in, but even better!
